Apeksas is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. This notice explains what we process, why we process it and the choices available to you.
Data we collect
If you join the mailing list, we store your email address, preferred language, subscription status and signup time. Our hosting and security providers may process basic request logs such as IP address, browser type and requested page to keep the service reliable and secure. We do not sell personal data or use betting profiles.
Why and how long
We use subscription data with your consent to operate the briefing. Technical logs are processed for security and service reliability and are retained only as long as the relevant provider needs them. Mailing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Processors and international transfers
The service uses infrastructure providers for hosting, database storage and, when activated, email delivery. They process data only to provide those services under their own data-protection commitments. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using an approved transfer mechanism.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact hello@apeksas.lt. You may also complain to Lithuania's State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Cookies and changes
Apeksas uses essential storage for preferences such as theme and language. We do not currently run advertising trackers. If that changes, this notice and the consent controls will be updated before non-essential tracking is enabled.
